Brian Genskow Recognized as Leadership Institute Graduate

Project Manager Brian Genskow, PE, was honored at the 2024 ACEC Wisconsin Awards Banquet for graduating from the Leadership Institute Class of 2024.

As a civil design engineer since 2012, Brian said the program provided him with an opportunity to grow not only professionally but personally. He added that the training equipped him with skills and knowledge to guide him on his project management path and become a more effective team leader.

Through the Leadership Institute’s series and networking opportunities, I gained invaluable insights into my personality, enabling me to leverage my strengths effectively and enhancing my ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Brian has worked on many noteworthy projects at SRF, including his role as the roadway design lead on WisDOT’s first design-build project on WIS 130 over the Wisconsin River near Lone Rock.

Participants are challenged personally and professionally through a series of six sessions that offer diverse training in leadership and business.
