Dakota Area Real Estate Services

SRF provided real estate services for the NDDOT Fargo Main Avenue Reconstruction Project

SRF’s Real Estate team provides support not only for multidiscipline projects with acquisition, appraisal, negotiation, and relocation services, we also lead standalone projects for clients and partners, such as local governments and public agencies. As a full-service project management team, our real estate and right of way experts work cooperatively with clients and stakeholders to plan comprehensive strategies and develop engagement solutions tailored to a project’s specific needs.

Backed by SRF’s comprehensive team of engineers and planners, our team has convenient access to additional expertise and resources as needed. This is especially helpful for projects involving city, county, and state roadways, interstates, utilities, bridges, parks, trails, and related facilities.
