Ken Helvey

Ken leads SRF’s Real Estate Services Group. He manages the acquisition, relocation, property management, and appraisal processes for transportation, utility, and development projects. Since 1993, Kenhas worked closely with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, as well as many local, municipal, county, and state agencies and non-profit associations. Ken has successfully completed the relocation, acquisition, and negotiations for many residential and commercial parcels. His recent projects include:
