We are pleased to announce Brad Hamilton has joined SRF as the Communications, Marketing & Engagement Director. This is an exciting opportunity for SRF to shape the creative and engagement expertise needed to deliver an exceptional experience for our team and clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Brad brings a unique perspective and passion focused on building relationships, strategic communications, and creative public engagement. While with MnDOT, Brad led Liaison Services where he facilitated key partnerships, unique collaborations, and stakeholder outreach. He helped advance equity and diversity policy conversations for the department and created engagement opportunities for MnDOT stakeholders in projects, policies, and programs.
Following his service at MnDOT, Brad worked in the private sector for two years, concentrating on strategy, business development, and proposal management. Most recently he has been leading public engagement efforts for all types of projects, from mega transportation projects to rural community park master plans.
