Cindy Gray Joins Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments

SRF Principal Cindy Gray has been named the new Executive Director of the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments. A long-time Fargo resident, Cindy brings decades of valuable planning and engagement experience to Metro COG and will serve the community with integrity and dedication. Cindy joined SRF in 2005 and was instrumental in building our planning and engineering practice in North Dakota – she worked extensively with the North Dakota Department of Transportation, Metro COG, and cities and counties across the Midwest, meeting with hundreds of elected officials and stakeholders and traveling thousands of miles. She will be greatly missed by her friends at SRF, and we wish her the very best at Metro COG!
