The Fargo Main Avenue Reconstruction project recently received the 2020 Gold Star Paving Award from the North Dakota Ready Mix & Concrete Products Association. This award recognizes projects across North Dakota for demonstrating excellence in concrete in planning, execution, and construction. Dakota Underground was the prime contractor, with SRF leading the design and Apex Engineering leading the construction administration.
