Adrian Potter, PE, PTOE

Adrian has more than 20 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering and leads SRF’s traffic design and operations practice. His responsibilities include pavement marking and signing plan design, signal timing, traffic forecasting, signal justification reports, work zone traffic control design, benefit-cost analysis studies, Intelligent Transportation Systems design, and preparation of plans and estimates for traffic signal systems. Adrian has led traffic engineering design efforts for state Departments of Transportation, cities, and counties on rural and urban roadways.
