David Nelson, PE

With more than 25 years of experience, Dave excels at managing the development of large, interdisciplinary highway and interchange projects from the planning level through construction. His involvement includes  facilitating the environmental review process and preliminary design activities. He is highly regarded for his ability to collaborate with clients, work with skilled design team members to identify innovative solutions, and implement project details.

Dave has managed and designed many major highway/bridge reconstruction projects including several design-build efforts. In addition, he has been involved in more than 30 interchange projects. Example projects include:
