Kevin Jullie, PE

Kevin has 23 years of experience designing a wide range of highway and municipal projects. His engineering experience includes project management, public involvement, preliminary design, construction plan preparation, coordination with utility companies and public agencies, and construction administration. Kevin specializes in trunk highway and federal aid design projects, complex construction staging, and multidisciplinary and multi-agency coordination.
