Nathen manages and designs a variety of municipal, highway, trail and site development projects. He has 28 years of experience in engineering, including project management, feasibility studies, preliminary and final design, coordination with public agencies, and construction administration. Nathen has significant experience with local municipal and State Aid design including projects with complex utility design and construction staging.
