William Troe

Bill has devoted his 30-year career to helping public and private clients address their multimodal transportation needs. His work experience covers a broad-range of project areas, including regional long-range transportation plan development and implementation, regional transit needs assessments, transit coordination analysis and implementation, arterial corridor subarea studies, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) applications, and travel demand forecasting.  Bill’s approach to transportation planning pairs technical analysis with active stakeholder engagement, while continuing to focus on the implementation of sound concepts.

Bill manages transportation planning projects from SRF’s Omaha office. He is an integral member of the SRF team that pools the planning, engineering, and design leaders from our offices to pursue projects throughout the Midwest.
